Shipping policy

Everything in this shop is printed on demand. Your order is not pulled off a shelf, it is made for you after you place it. Here is exactly what that means for timing.

Production time

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days of being placed. Holidays and busy seasons can push that out.

Delivery time

Inside the United States, standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. So a typical US order lands roughly 4 to 12 business days after you place it. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise two-day delivery we cannot keep.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to a United States address. No minimum, no threshold to reach, no shipping line waiting for you at checkout.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the print facility. If tracking has not moved for several days, email us and we will chase it.

Split shipments and problems

Order several items and they may be made at different facilities and arrive separately at no extra cost to you. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email brian@puregritfaith.com with your order number and we will make it right. See our return and refund policy for how that works.
